Music&Me is a project which aims to empower and enable musicians to understand their relationship with music so they can create healthy and meaningful lives with music.
These pages offer a way for musicians and their supporters to deal with the ups and downs of musical participation, and to make informed decisions about the role of music in their future lives – whether as a focus of working life or as a lifelong passion to complement other activities.
